Which activities make you lose track of time? Time Stops when am with my love ones. Time freezes when am dancing to my favorite music. I lose track of time, when am helping my customers with their order. I believe its good to loose track of time when doing something that makes you happy.

How do you practice self-care? Self-care begins with acceptance, that the things I can’t change is not my fault. Letting go of the hurt and sad moments. Focus more on my health, wealth and stability.
