The Moment We Faced Reality. That there is no turning Back.
Things are happening so fast. A must to stop and write. Facing reality can be Good, Bad and Ugly. Always remember Your attitude determines the outcome. Keep calm and figure it out!
After the long Journey from Moraria to Cartagena. We realize its not easy to do it alone ” Yeah we are not robots”. To take a long Voyage its very important to have the right crew members onboard. Persons that will stay every sail of the way.
Crew Members must have their own funds/ Insurance to support them on the Voyages.
Crew Members must be ready for the unexpected. Keep Calm Find a Solution.
Crew Members should be encouraging with a good attitude.
Crew Member must understand that out on the sea is off the grid, no WiFi only VHF.
Crew Members must Respect the captain and never take things personal when captain give orders in certain situations. The Captain owns the boat his wishes comes first.
Crew Members should produce healthy card, if allergies list them and any otherĀ health issues. Captain needs a healthy strong Crew.
Crew Members must pitch in with chores and be as helpfull as possible. Never wait for the captain to tell you to do a chore. Ask first…
Crew Members must be treated with Respect. Listen to and get to know an Awesome human.
Crew Members are the responsibility of the Captain and Mate and safety is first priority. Meals, bed, water, clothes etc
